A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the pictures of the products and packages

before you pay the balance. Also you can arrange inspection before delivery.

Q：How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 5 to 15 days after receiving your deposit. The delivery time depends

on the items and quantity. We have many items in stock.

Q：Can you produce items according to our design or samples?

A: Yes, we can make items by your samples or design drawings. It’s reasonable to start large quantity if you want a new mould.

Q：What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample, but the customers should pay the sample cost.

Q：How do you guarantee the products quality?

A: Generally, we adopt super good raw materials and we have strict quality control system. And we pack exporting goods in strong cartons to avoid damage.
